South Asian weddings are rarely one day. A mehndi, a haldi or maiyan, a jaggo, a sangeet, the ceremony and the reception can run across a week and several venues. Since 2016, Happy Soul Films has planned coverage event by event from our Brampton studio.
The reception
Every collection includes 15 hours on the wedding and reception day. In big banquet halls we plan camera positions for the stage, dance floor and family tables, bring our own audio so speeches stay clear, and use production lighting for entrances and the first dance. Sangeet, mehndi, haldi, maiyan and jaggo
Pre-wedding events are added at $400 per hour, so you only book the time you need. Multi-camera crews of two to three cinematographers cover the performances and the family reactions.

Yes. Pre-wedding events are added at $400 per hour on top of the 15 hours of wedding and reception coverage.

Yes. We offer same-day and next-day edits so your guests can see the day on screen.

How much does it cost?
Collections are Classic $6,500, Signature $9,000 and The Legacy $13,900, all plus HST. Extra pre-wedding events are $400 per hour.
